The staff's friendliness made us feel at home, though the noise from the nearby bar disrupted our sleep. A very modern room, but the harsh lighting was a distraction.

Greatly enjoyed our neat and modern rooms.
Everything was perfect here, and the views were pleasant. The location was particularly good and ideal, 0.5 miles to Richards Bay airport, perfectly reachable. Also, the area was quiet. The room was large and with perfect beds.

the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect because it was close enough to vodacom sites, and richards bay close to the town, behind the soccer stadium.

The staff were attentive.
My wife says that it would be great to have more soundproof rooms to block out the noise from nearby party-goers.

The location of the hotel was perfect for the purpose of my trip. It was very convenient for me since it was open 24 hours, and this feature was really helpful. The room that I stayed in was very comfortable and had a great shower. I really enjoyed using the Wi-Fi which was essential for my business trip, and it had a good connection.
The breakfast wasn't up to my expectations. It was quite expensive for what was offered, and the food wasn't fresh in terms of the taste.

Went down to the coast with my honey and the experience was amazing! Two soft robes waited for us in the closet and a complimentary bottle of wine was chilling in the fridge. the sunset view from the balcony was breathtaking and the quietness was heaven on Earth. Best aspects: the staff was very friendly and you could tell their customer service was top-notch. the location was perfect for us, away from the busy hustle and bustle of the city but still convenient to everything we wanted to do.
It was a little disappointing that there was no information booklet in the room about dining options, although the staff was able to give us some great recommendations. the shower was a bit small for two people, and the pillows could have been a little more comfortable.

Nothing not too like.
